Terms of Service

Book Responsibly 

For the client’s and owner’s convenience, DorettaLang needs at least 3 days in advance before service is due. If booked otherwise additional charges will be applied.

Only Appointments

For the client’s and owner’s convenience, DorettaLang will only provide services by appointments unless owner’s schedule permit.   

Cancelations 

For the client’s and owner’s convenience, if appointment is canceled, client will have to reschedule for the following week IF THERE IS AVAILIBILITY. 

Be on Time

For the client’s and owner’s convenience, DorettaLang has a strict late fee policy. Late fee will be applied after 10 minutes of lateness.

Consultation

For the client’s and owner’s convenience, appointment consultation will be at least 30 minutes.

Clean Clean Clean 

For the client’s and owner’s convenience, DorettaLang would like for ALL garments to be pre-washed before arrival.

Damages

DorettaLang is not responsible for any possible damages that are announced before alterations are done.

Tooooo Far Gone

For the client’s and owner’s convenience, If DorettaLang feels that the garment or accessory is over used and can’t be restored, better options will be advised.
